The environment. Conviennce. Safe and free parking on site arranged by the hotel using our touch n go card. They explained the danger of parking outside although I wanted to park outside , they insisted it's not safe. Superb.Thank you staffs. The room was accomadate as requested due to availability. Safety SOP. I recommend this hotel . Thank you .

Private sheltered parking. Spacious room, firm bed, clean sheets and towels Access to room is via a sensor card and not a manual key Even with the air con off the aeration of the room is good.

Best n easy location ample parking for guests never fail to attend my needs...staffs are superb n efficient. Easy checkin and check out. Will never go to other hotels if my hubby and me were to come down to KL. 10 Stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Best view and last not least the room is spacious.
